Mehka blazinica kot aplikator, očarljiv vonj karamele, zelo udobna formula in popolni videz ustnic bo verjetno očaral tudi vas. Brez pomislekov je izdelek vreden svojega denarja, kar pa dokončno potrdi še ogromna količina pri 12 ml užitka. Kar še verjetno nisem na blogu objavila, je mlajša verzija Clarins Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector, ki ima podobno idejo v izboljšanem nanosu in embalaži...

With this luxurious lip balm, you just can't go wrong. Either as a good ''gift excuse'' for smooching with your girlfriend or treating yourself to something new. I stayed in the same corresponding colour theme, as I find 06 Rosewood perfect for every day casual wear. It's not too brown yet it gives that desirable oomph to your lips. Buildable coverage with translucency and micro shimmer will make your pout perfected, juicier and luscious. Caramel dreams is the main theme when it comes to the scent. Hydration and glossy finish is based on plant ingredients. The only downfall compared to original Clarins Natural Lip Perfector is the amount of product (1,8g which is way lower than an average lipstick). Still, there's not another single mistake made with this luxurious, creamy perfector.

Z razkošnim balzamom kot je Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector (okoli 20€), ne morete zgrešiti. Lahko je dobro darilo kot izgovor za mehke poljube od ljubljene osebe ali posebno darilo zase ob koncu leta. Sama sem ostala v isti barvni shemi, pri številki 06 Rosewood, ki je odlična barva za vsak dan. Odtenek nikakor ni preveč rjav, hkrati pa doda tisto ''nekaj'' za polepšane ustnice. Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector je srednje prekriven, obenem pa doda kanček sijaja in optičnega povečanja ustnic z mikro bleščicami. Ustnice tako izgledajo sočne, polepšane in navlažene. Karamelni vonj vas bo spremljal ob vsakem nanosu. Edina slaba stran tega balzama je količina (1,8g), kar je dokaj majhna glede na originalen Natural Lip Perfector v tubi. Če izvzamem omenjeno, kremnemu balzamu ne manjka niti ena stvar. Prednost je vsekakor še lažji nanos med vsakodnevnimi opravili.

While Lip Balm Perfector seems to be a bit more luxurious piece due to the amount and price, Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is a total steal. 12 ml is on contrary, a doubled amount of an average lipgloss and it will serve for months. Sure enough, I also have noticed slightly more plumper and perfected finish. Creamy lipbalm-like texture is heaven to apply and there's no signs of stickiness or heavy texture. A staple in my handbag.

Medtem ko deluje omenjeni balzam dokaj razkošen del vaše garderobe ličil, je Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector popoln ulov glede na količino izdelka. Pri radodarni količini 12 ml za le okoli 16€, skoraj presega dvojno količino navadnega bleščila za ustnice. Obenem še polepša videz ustnic, doda volumen in čudovit, kremen lesk. Tekstura je nelepljiva in razkošno kremna, kar pripelje do popolnega zaključka. Popoln spremljevalec v vaši torbici.

On the end, both can be layered for a more intense look - like I did on my upper picture. Both can achieve a full-on lip look without looking fake but they rather give that eternal glow and creamy shine. Between both Clarins Perfectors, I'm likely to choose original Natural Lip Perfector over Lip Balm Perfector. However, both from the series give off enjoyable caramel texture and perfected ending to your look. Now who's ready for some New Year's kissing?

Ob koncu naj še omenim, da lahko obe vrsti izdelkov za ustnice slojite za še bolj sijoč in sočen videz. Nenavaden balzam kot tudi popolno bleščilo doda ustnicam naraven lesk, brez da bi izgled deloval umeten. Če bi morala izbirati med obema, bi verjetno raje izbrala Natural Lip Perfector, kljub temu pa obe verziji dodata popoln zaključek in prijetno kremno teksturo. Pivoine Sublime Perfecting Cream (38,10€, online)

I could easily call Perfecting Cream as a primer and skincare in one. It's basically a hybrid of primer and cream. It sort of perfects skin and hides pores but not as brutally as silicone based primers. Perfects to the point, so the skin looks nourished, velvet and radiant from the inside out. Radiance boost and rested complexion are the main benefits. Perfecting Cream however, doesn't contain any micro shimmer or added particles to illuminate. This lotion is really a miracle potion. Texture itself is a dream. It almost boarders on gel-cream consistency and it's lightweight enough for upcoming summer months. Cream melts into the skin seamlessly...a real treat.  For me, it's like a mini spa break before stressful everyday errands. Negative aspects? Other than not-so-student-friendly price, I can't find a proper reason for disliking this product. Also, if you're scent sensitive, you should take this note into consideration. Cream actually smells divine, like a bucket of freshly picked peonies.

Izboljševalna krema za obraz Popolna Potonika (38,10€, pogled tukaj)

To kremo bi zlahka lahko poimenovala ''hibrid'' primer-ja in negovalne kreme. Krema polepša teksturo kože s tem, da delno zakrije pore in linije, hkrati pa ni tako agresivno zakrivajoča kot osnovni silikonski primer-ji. Kožo izpopolni do takšne mere, da še vedno izgleda naravno, vendar ji doda svež videz in naravni sijaj. Spočita koža in zmanjšane nepravilnosti so tudi glavni koristi kreme. Izboljševalna krema ne vsebuje lesketajočih se delcev. Tale krema je tako rekoč skoraj čudodelna. Tekstura je žametna in spominja na gel-kremne hibride ter je dovolj lahka za prihajajoče poletje. Krema se takoj zlije s kožo in predstavlja pravi mali tretma. Zame je Izboljševalna krema kot majhen spa tretma pred napornim dnevom. Negativni vidiki? Ne najdem niti enega negativnega vidika, razen ne-tako-prijazne-študentske cene. Krema je tako odlična za vse tipe kože, najvidnejše rezultate pa vsekakor doprinese zreli koži. Toplo priporočam kremo osebam nad 25 let. Poleg cene še vzemite v premislek vonj. Osebno mi sicer zelo diši, kot sveže nabrano cvetje.

Pivoine Sublime Tinted Lip Balm - Rose Nude (16,30€, online)

A slightly tinted pink lips for innocence and perfectly weighted metal packaging make this lip balm an eye catcher. Scent is still flowery but subtle, yet sugary enough for your lips. Lips look instantly plumper and perfected, while there's no tugging or dryness after consistent wear. Lip balm would be suited for chronically dry lips, however it doesn't deeply nourish. Usually, majority of lip balms can irritate my lips with extensive wear, while I haven't had irritating experience with Pivoine Sublime. Again, no faults on this product. SPF 25 serves as an extra protection, especially if you're prone to freckles and dark pigments. With a hint of rosy cuteness and high SPF to protect, I seem to be ready to hit the beach. Tinted Lip Balms are in fact, pretty similar to praised Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments but with less melty texture and creaminess. I entirely used up my Fresh Sugar Rose (here). With less creamy texture and more stable formula, these seem to be more appropriate summer bag essentials.

Obarvani balzam za ustnice Popolna Potonika - Rose Nude (16,30€, pogled tukaj)

Obarvani balzam je pravi ''sladkorček za oči'' s pomočjo čudovito premišljene, kovinske embalaže. Mladostno obarvane ustnice ter nega pa poskrbita za navdušenost nad samim izdelkom. Vonj balzama je cvetličen, a hkrati primerno subtilen in sladek za ustnice. Ustnice izgledajo po uporabi mehkejše,polnejše in lepše, medtem ko ni neprijetnega pekočega občutka po koncu dneva. Ponavadi imam izkušnjo ravno s tem, da je balzam prijeten nekaj ur, nakar imam po koncu dneva izsušene ustnice. Pri tem balzamu tega ne izkušam, kljub temu pa balzam ni namenjen globinskemu negovanju, ampak dnevnemu izboljšanju videza ustnic in vlaženju. Zaščitni faktor SPF 25 poskrbi za zaščito pred soncem, še posebej če ste nagnjeni k pigmentnim madežem kot jaz. Obarvani balzam je tako primeren za poletne dni, hkrati pa se zaradi dokaj solidne teksture ne bo takoj stopil v torbici. 

Prav tako sem opazila...se mi samo zdi, ali so moje ustnice videti polnejše kot ponavadi?

I'm in love. Perfected skin and high quality along with captivating scent and gorgeous packaging...what's not to like? I feel like a broken record but I truly believe in L'Occitane philosophy and quality. With inspecting these two Pivoine Sublime products, I can't detect any major faults. Price and scent should be considered by every individual, they are after all luxurious products. I won't say they are ''must haves'' but they could be a really lovely addition to women, who want to treat themselves once in a while. Along with Perfecting Cream and Tinted Lip Balms, there are also Perfecting Mist (13,70€), Perfecting Essence (44,70€) and first ever CC Skin Tone Perfecting Cream (28,50€). The star of the collection is Perfecting Essence and Perfecting Cream. All products are meant to perfect, even without any additional makeup. You can discover all products online and in stores.

Kolekcija me je enostavno prevzela. Izpopolnjena koža, inovativne teksture, čudovit vonj in še lepša embalaža...kaj nam ne bi bilo všeč? Že nekaj časa se počutim kot ponavljajoč trak, vendar resnično verjamem v izpolnjene obljube L'Occitane izdelkov in njihovo filozofijo. S preizkusom izdelkov nisem le zadovoljna, ampak presenečena do te mere, da ne morem najti niti ene velike napake. Le vonj in ceno morate oceniti sami, saj je oboje odvisno od okusa in denarnice. Ne bom rekla, da so izdelki ''nujno potrebni'', sploh če iščete cenejše alternative, vendar so lahko odlična investicija za  ženske, ki se rade občasno razvajajo. Poleg izboljševalne kreme in 4 obarvanih balzamov so tukaj še Izboljševalna Esenca (44,70€), Izboljševalna CC Krema (28,50€), Izboljševalna Meglica (13,70€). Zvezda kolekcije je Izboljševalna Krema in Izboljševalna Esenca, medtem ko sem sama navdušena nad Obarvanimi balzami (khm, mislim da potrebujem še jantarni odtenek obarvanega balzama). My Lipbalm Collection: 30+ Lipbalms with Quick Reviews

I cannot express my mixed feelings around my overflow (collection sounds too decent) of lipbalm. I know my amount of lipbalms is just ridiculous yet I love variety in general. I rather not even show you my three number collection of lipsticks although I would LOVE to show you all at once. Being a massive (shameless) lipstick hoarder I cannot seem to find a good reason for such behaviour. Maybe it's the shape or similarity that makes me go nuts in lipbalm department as well. I did get some of them as PR gift or were gifted to me by friends. Also, they are extremely easy to use up in project pans. A good reason not to point at me with finger, right?

Let us start with Labello, my oldest love. I still remember my favourite shimmery Labello from primary school. We were crazy over all kinds of color and shimmer- pink, gold...you name it. The more you had, the bigger the envy. Scent still brings me back in the past and gives me chills of happiness. Luckily enough, Labello still sells some of my old favourites and is always adding new, fun lip flavours. My current ultimate favourites are definitely Lip Butters, especially Caramel Cream and Vanilla&Macadamia. I still crave Original and Raspberry Rose though. For all of US ladies, yes, Labello = Nivea. You can easily get them in almost every grocery store for around 2-3€ or on iHerb.

Maybelline Baby Lips can be a hit or a miss but packaging always gets me. In fact, I own two different kinds of Baby Lips - Asian and US/European version. A miss is definitely Peach and Moisture which irritate and give hardly no color payoff. I do however enjoy Grape, Mango and Pink Punch. Others are somewhere in between, not bad not great. You can find Baby Lips on Ebay or in your drugstore for around 1-3€.

Korres Lip Butters were a revelation after trying Mango (review here). Buttery texture, perfected lips, amazing pigmentation and moisture. Creamy Jasmine on the other hand, crushed my initial thoughts. It's a lovely neutral tone but formula somehow irritates my lips after a few hours. Color also spreads uneven. I would generally recommend Korres Lip Butters but research colors beforehand. You can buy Korres on FeelUnique for around 10€. 

The Body Shop Lip Butter has a creamy, thick texture that's pleasant enough to use every day. I usually layer it before night sleep because of thickness. Every lip butter has a different smell that's on point - in my case, a rich chocolate smell. They are sold in The Body Shop for 6€.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm has a gritty, thick texture that is similar to glue stick. It's matte on the lips and has a citrus scent. I haven't noticed any special benefits from the day I started using it. It's definitely not my favourite but I like to layer it before lipstick. You can get Nuxe in pharmacies, Escentual and FeelUnique. 

Badger, my favorite natural lipbalm with no nasty chemicals. My first and still my favorite is the Vanilla Bean although Mocha Cocoa isn't bad either. I need to point out that they all smell exactly what they claim to be. They're all super moisturising and quite thick. They don't irritate my lips which happens with quite a few lip treatments. They are animal friendly, all ingredients are read-able and they smell heavenly. A true staple in my stash. Available on iHerb and FeelUnique for around 2€.

Lipsmackers are fun, yummy and do their job. I wouldn't call them extra efficient but they do leave a medium thick layer - if that makes any sense. In general, I like them because of thick payoff and fun scents you can't find in other brands. I especially love Cotton Candy (used up unfortunately). My least favorite was Cherry Cola. Lipsmacker are sold in drugstores and Click2Chic for around 2,50€.

Balea Lip Balms in general are quite waxy and not efficient. I usually buy them because of funky scents for lifting up my mood throughout the day. A recent new addition is Swirled Kisses which has a lovely, mild scent of bananas and strawberries. It also leaves a hint of pink on the lips. You can find them in every DM store for around 1,80€.

Rosal Lip Balm came out with a new, summer collection of 4 different colors. I choose Morning Rose, a lovely medium pink, and Coral Candy, a bright coral. They are highly pigmented with UVA and UVB protection. I find them a bit hard in texture (that can easily break) but I forgive them considering the price. They are sold only in Croatia for about 2€.

Vaseline Lip Therapy Rosy Lips is a normal, tinted Vaseline in a cute, tiny pot. Smells exactly like roses and leaves a slight tint. Nothing exceptional but does the general job. It's not the best for chapped lips.

Rodial Steam Cell Balm has a lipgloss texture at first but transforms into a balm after a few minutes. Has a strong rose scent and does amazing job with soothing and moisturising. It's deep repairing and efficient yet it plumps the lips for a glamorous look. I got it as a freebie with magazine but you can find Rodial on Asos.

Yu-Be Moisturising Skin Cream is a Japan version of Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream. Highly concentrated glycerin heals and repairs chapped lips. It contains vitamin B2 & E and is safe for entire family. Heals and sorts cracked skin and I rely on it when I have a true massacre on my lips. Yu-Be is sold in Sephora and Ebay for the fraction of  E. Arden price.

ChapStick Hydration Lock is US based lip treatment brand. So far I'm not entirely impressed by efficiency but I like the idea of repair and moisture side in one lipbalm. Doesn't have any particular scent or color.
